First we heat the butter in a 25cm pan, but without letting it burn
Meanwhile in a bowl we put the flour, salt, eggs.
While we mix, with the help of a whisk, we add the milk in the meantime and lastly the previously melted butter, until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
Now we can prepare our crepes: pour a little of our mixture into the previously greased pan with the help of a ladle. < br> If we have the T-tool, or otherwise by "swirling" the pan, we spread the mixture so as to cover the entire surface of the pan.
As soon as we notice that the edges start to come off, we turn the crepe there and cook the other side.
Now we can "stuff" it with whatever we want, nutella, jam, cream, or even salty things like cheese or ham.
In this case we used apple and ginger jam.
Then fold the crêpes in half and then again in half, so as to obtain the classic f triangle footprint.
Put it on a plate and close either with cherry vinegar, as we did, or sprinkle with icing sugar.
