Shortbread biscuits with blueberry honey


  • 200g of flour 00
  • 1 egg
  • 80g of granulated sugar
  • 50g of blueberry honey
  • 50g of butter
  • 2 gr of baking powder
  • ½ tablespoon of cinnamon



In a large bowl, put the flour, an egg and the granulated sugar, the cold butter cut into small pieces and the blueberry honey.


Add the baking powder, and flavor with ½ teaspoon of cinnamon, and a little vanilla to taste.

Once all the ingredients have been put together, we begin to knead with our hands until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Once you have made a loaf, cover the bowl with cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30min.

After this time, roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a surface until it is less than 1 cm thick.

With a pastry cutter of your favorite shape, make our cookie shapes and transfer them to a dripping pan previously covered with parchment paper.

Bake in a static oven at 180 ° for 10-15 min.
