Balsamic Vinegar Hamburger

HAMBURGER CON ACETO

 

Are you tired of always eating the same kind of hamburger? Would you like a tastier one?

 

INGREDIENTS

 

  • fassona hamburger (or a big one of another meat)
  • Oro Bruno (meat vinegar dressing)

 

PROCEDURE

 

  • Cook the hamburger over high heat for 4 minutes per side. If you like it well-cooked lower the flame and cook it for 7 minutes per side
  • Once cooked add the Oro Bruno Balsamic Vinegar

 

The hamburger is also really good when cooked on a barbecue.
Remember that if you prefer it well-cooked, you must always cook it over a high flame for 1-2 minutes before lowering it.
