the fennel, orange salad is a delicious encounter between seasonal products. A very easy and quick recipe to prepare and which is a winter side dish for main courses of meat or fish cooked in a simple way.

Plus fennel are precious allies for a correct and balanced diet, thanks to their beneficial properties that remain almost intact when consumed raw . For this, and for their delicious aromatic flavor.

INGREDIENTS for 4 people:

  • 450gr of fennel
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 orange to use for the juice
  • 50ml of extra virgin olive oil
  • 50ml of noble balsamic vinegar great reserve
  • salt and pepper


First cut the fennel into thin slices, taking care to remove the beard, then wash and drain them very well

Peel the oranges and cut the wedges into cubes

Make an emulsion with the orange juice, oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl, using a whisk or the tines of a fork , and dress us the salad.

Arrange the salad on the plate and sprinkle with the noble gran reserve balsamic vinegar, and enjoy your meal !!!
