- 400gr of chicken
- 300gr of rocket
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- Salt and Pepper To Taste.
- 1 glass of white wine
Take the chicken breasts and cut them into strips (1), following the grain of the breast, making strips no longer 2cm wide.
Put a drizzle of oil in the pan (2), once hot, add the chicken strips and brown them well.
Once they are white, add a glass of wine and blend. (3)
Once the wine has evaporated, add half of the rocket (4) and cook until it “wilts”.
Then add a tablespoon of honey (5), add salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes over low heat, stirring well, so that the honey mixes well.
As soon as the heat is turned off when the pan is still hot, add the rest of the rocket (6).
Stir and serve (7).
For this recipe, wildflower honey is usually used, which, thanks to its natural sweetness and floral scent, contrasts well with the bitterness of rocket!
