MUSHROOM AND SALMON TARTARE

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 300gr champignon mushroom

  • 1 spoon of honey

  • 30 gr of shelled hazelnuts

  • 3 spoons of EVO oil

  • 50 gr of valerian

  • salmon

  • 1 spoon of apple vinegar

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper as needed

DIRECTIONS

 

 

First make the vinagrette, put oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix everything together in order to emulsify it.

Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, and then cook the salmon in a pan with just a drizzle of oil.

Put in our bowl, the mushrooms, the valerian, the salmon cut into pieces and the hazelnuts

Season everything with the vinagrette and a little bit of balsamic vinegar.
