PUFFED RICE CHOCOLATE CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • 550 gr chocolate
  • 100gr puffed rice
  • 20gr butter

DIRECTIONS

First, break up all the chocolate with the help of a knife, make even coarse pieces.

Put the flakes obtained in a bowl, which can be used in the Maria bath, after which you begin to melt the chocolate with the bain-marie technique, (pic. 1) just put the bowl on a saucepan with a little water and the steam will do the rest.

While the chocolate is flaking, line a 30x23 pan with parchment paper.

When the chocolate is melted, add the butter and let it melt, after which add the puffed rice and mix well, (pic. 2) in order to mix everything

Then put the "mixture" obtained in the pan and equalize with the help of a spatula or the back of a spoon.

Leave to cool for at least 3/4 hours in the fridge, when it will be nice and compact form your bars

In this way you will have a tasty and healthy snack that you can eat even during the day !!!
