A savory pie suitable for all occasions and all seasons, a little different from the usual savory pie and of great effect, an original way to revisit tradition
- 200g of zucchini
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 100gr mozzarella
- 100gr blue cheese
- 150gr of milk
- 120gr sunflower seeds oil
- 50gr potato starch
- 250gr of flour
- 100gr of bacon

First "chop" the courgette into julienne strips with the help of a grater.
Mix the liquids in a bowl, break the 3 eggs, add salt and sugar and mix.
Then add the milk, continuing to mix, with the help of an electric whisk, the seed oil, potato starch and zucchini.
Cut the cheeses into cubes, add them together with the bacon to the dough, and mix again.
Grease the pan and flour it with breadcrumbs, pour our dough and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
