Chiara Miele Farm
Chiara is, to date, our youngest food craftsman, but not the least expert, indeed working side by side with her father, a beekeeper has learned all the secrets of the trade, and then started on her own, completely inheriting the knowledge of family business, modernizing and improving the production system while keeping an eye on tradition.
Thanks to his innate passion, without ever forgetting the past, he has modernized the approach starting with nomadic beekeeping, which consists in moving bees to different areas, (all identified between Bologna and the province), following the seasonal blooms, precisely so that these can always have nectar to collect, without being bound by the original territory of belonging.
Thanks to this method, the honey produced maintains the almost total uniqueness of the raw material by drawing directly from nature and allowing, especially in the case of monoculture honey, a targeted collection of pollen; by doing so, the goodness of the product is preserved and contains the natural richness of flavors and fragrances that distinguish the bouquet of its acacia, coriander and wildflower honeys giving back a rich and original pyramid of taste.
Chiara's motto: “The world of'beekeeping is very fascinating: it gives a lot of satisfaction despite being a hard and heavy job but it really takes a lot of passion to carry on this type of profession ".
