Giannini Giancarlo Farm
The Giannini family has roots and a truly ancient history.
It has been producing Extra Virgin Olive Oil for many generations in its own olive groves located in the small town of Vitiano south of Arezzo in Tuscany, family documents trace the oil production back to 1300, from which in the following period (1600) the oil mill, to memory of this outside the company is still present the ancient wheel that was used to crush the olives.
Giannini owns 30 hectares of olive groves on the picturesque hills of Vitiano near Arezzo, where there are four varieties of olives; Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, Pendolino.
And it is thanks to this centuries-old experience of over 400 years, handed down for generations, that with innate passion Giannini Giancarlo has completely renewed his oil mill, updating it with the latest technology but always maintaining high product quality, without ever breaking tradition, to produce its “poggio al vento” oil, which ranks first among intense - fruity oils. An oil that savoring it immediately refers to the lands of origin of this ancient dressing.
