Refund policy

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, if the product you have purchased does not satisfy you, you can return it to the manufacturer within 14 days from the date of receipt, without having to specify the reason and without any penalty.

To be able to return the product you must contact customer service assistance@e-truria.it communicating your rethinking.

  • - Products must be intact, stored in their original box and condition
  • - Proof of purchase is required
  • - Refunds are subject to the seller's condition check
  • - The refund amount does not include shipping costs from the seller to the customer and from the customer to the seller
  • - Refund policy does not apply to used items

 

Before proceeding with the return of the product, you will be sent the return authorization confirmation and the procedure.
Once the return authorization confirmation has been received, it will be possible to proceed with the shipment of the product you want to return to the address:

The costs for this shipment will be at your expense and you can choose the courier you prefer.

Following confirmation by the manufacturer of the conformity of the returned product (intact product) the full amount of the order will be returned within 14 days. If the product is found to be damaged, you will not be entitled to a refund of the money.
We point out that products which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly cannot be returned for afterthought.

In case of delivery of the damaged product and visible from the outside, you must not accept the goods from the courier and then communicate the refusal to our customer service. In the event that it is damaged when opening the package, it is necessary to document with photos and send to the email assistance@e-truria.it requesting its intervention. In this case, all costs are borne by us. From time to time we will decide whether to send a whole new supply or supplement it only for damaged products.


REFUNDS

How will my money be returned?

The refund is made directly on credit card used for the order. If the order was placed with the payment on delivery method, the customer's bank details will be requested to proceed with the refund by bank transfer.
The shop operates from the European Union and all transactions, even in foreign currencies, are converted into Euros following payment.


When will the refund be made?

The refund will be processed as soon as we have the information necessary to evaluate the customer's request.
Attention: if the payment is made by credit card, the refunds may take a few days to be visible on your statement. The refund will be displayed with the description "Refund order # ............ of ............ Authorization code ............ "
