With this wine we intend to recover a tradition and a lost taste, only through continuous research and studies it was possible to arrive at the ancestral Lambrusco, a wine that develops an aromatic intensity of violets and berries, the foam is discreet and creamy, it has a dry but full flavor, with a raspberry flavor. It has a veiled red color with purplish nuances and fine and always lively bubbles.
The Francesco Bellei & C. winery was founded by Francesco Bellei, in 1920, in Bomporto, in the province of Modena. The company philosophy has always remained linked to the traditional practice of vinification with the "traditional method" of natural fermentation in the bottle. The production of the highest quality, because limited and cared for down to the smallest detail, has brought Francesco Bellei to the top of the Italian production of Spumante and Lambrusco Metodo Classico, becoming over time a company of absolute reference for anyone who wants to trace an exhaustive and faithful panorama of best Italian sparkling wines produced with the Classic Method.
