A symbol of the new oenological reality of Montefalco, Sagrantino Collepiano draws its strength from a centuries-old tradition and the uniqueness of the native Sagrantino grape. Wine with a long aging potential, at least 10-15 years. Montefalco "Campo di Raìna" has a very intense ruby red color with violet reflections, it has a very persistent perfume on the nose with typical hints of blackberries, plums and leather that bind perfectly with the vanilla given by the wood, Powerful taste, soft and velvety.
Raína wines are obtained from biodynamic agriculture, deeply territorial. Fashions do not chase each other. They are personal wines, they reflect the soul of those who produce them, without artifice or retouching. They are not wines to be tasted but to drink. The winery was founded in 2002. The vineyards, 10 hectares planted between 2002 and 2008, are located at an altitude between 220 and 300 meters above sea level. Sagrantino, Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Merlot, Syrah, Grechetto and Trebbiano Spoletino are grown in the vineyards.
