For the “Colle Ara” bunches of Pinot Grigio are selected, harvested from the vineyards with the best exposure.
The vinification with maceration on the skins embellishes the wine giving it a brilliant “rose gold” color. The nose opens with fruity notes of pomegranate and peach. It enters soft on the palate and then closes with a good structure and pleasant flavor, characteristic of the wines from this valley.
Since 1962 the heart of the company is in Dolcè, among the vineyards of this strip of land that acts as a hinge between Veneto and Trentino. This is where the direction of a project is based that hinges on the idea of the encounter between tradition and innovation. It is in the Dolcè cellar that all the bottles take shape. For this reason, because it is here that the project is translated into reality, the wines of the Val d’Adige and Terra dei Forti simply take the name "Albino Armani".
