Aromatic mountain vine par excellence, it benefits from the fresh winds and the particular exposures that characterize the Trentino valleys. The warm golden color anticipates a bouquet that expresses itself voluptuously, with eclectic notes of rose, spices and tropical fruit. The palate is soft and guides the sip with skilful balance, surprising those who taste it with a pleasantly bitter and mineral finish.
The Albino Armani winery was born in the Adige Valley in southern Trentino and became Vallagarina. Between Ala and Avio, the vineyards lie at the foot of Monte Baldo and Lessinia: a fertile land, marked at the same time by the mountain that begins to become imposing and by the vigorous course of the Adige, which breaks it and caresses it at the same time. The land, on which the vines are still cultivated with the pergola system, slope down from the mountains towards the river, while their composition varies from the moraine to the alluvial one. Here, where the microclimate is also affected by the influence of Lake Garda and is defined by strong temperature variations, the search for the right exposure is the secret to producing local wines.
