The Moscato Passito of Cantina Parco del Venda is a sweet wine but not excessively with an excellent alcohol content about 15.5%, starting from a deep golden yellow color, with pleasant spicy notes denote an aromaticity reminiscent of vanilla and black pepper, on the palate it has a warm sweet taste, velvety and enveloping, an ideal wine to accompany dry desserts or blue cheeses.
The Parco del Venda winery cultivates in the DOC area of the Euganean Hills Regional Park. The quality of the wines begins in the vineyard, followed with attention and care by Carlo and Michael. Producing a good wine today means transforming excellent grapes into wine with a marked personality and typicality, adapting the most modern oenological techniques to the organoleptic characteristics of the grapes, and that is why the production cycle takes place exclusively in the cellar, including the bottling of sparkling wines.
