Aromatic vine typical of South Tyrol, a wine that goes perfectly with fish or savory appetizers, such as pate or goose liver, bright golden yellow wine, which results in a very aromatic, floral nose with notes of rose and carnation and spicy. On the palate it is fresh, lively and mineral. Great also for its long finale.
The Klaus Lentsch estate covers 35 hectares, of which 12.5 are vineyards, where the traditional pergola gradually leaves the field to the guyot system, more suitable for producing high quality grapes. The red porous and layered soil (clay, sand and porphyry debris) enjoys excellent ventilation and returns the heat accumulated during the day in the cool nights, creating an unrivaled microclimate.
