    A wine with a strong, sensual and straightforward personality, here is the Prosecco brut DOC of Treviso, a wine with a fine and persistent perlage, pale straw in color with subtle reflections of jade. The nose is elegant, fresh and sincere, enveloping in the memories of citrus fruits: lemon, grapefruit, still green mandarin and cedar. It is collected in a few almost palpable hints of apple, clear in the immediacy but surprising in its varietal nuances, ranging from the freshness of green apple to the soft sweetness of quince. He ends his story with light notes of mint and a fresh, still green almond. Fresh and lively in its elegance; soft enveloping alive among its nuances, of citrus that shine with an almost fragrant freshness. Long, persistent in its harmony, enveloping among the hints of fruit in full solar maturity, mottled by a soft sapidity.
