Prosecco is one of the world successes of Italian enology: synonymous with cheerfulness and lightheartedness, it perfectly embodies the excellence of "Made in Italy" that makes our country famous a wine of color Pale straw yellow, clear and brilliant, with a lively and persistent bubble. The olfactory bouquet is fruity and aromatic, rich in fruit references, with hints of white flowers as a side dish. The sip is soft and velvety, enriched by a subtle sapid vein of good length.
The Parco del Venda winery cultivates about 50 hectares of vineyards, all located in the DOC area of the Euganean Hills Regional Park. Since ancient times, the cultivation of vines and olive trees has been practiced in this area, which find an ideal habitat for the nature of the volcanic soil and for the mild climate. The quality of the wines begins in the vineyard, followed with attention and care by Carlo and Michael, from the earliest stages of pruning; to produce a good wine today means transforming excellent grapes into wine with a strong personality and typicality, adapting the most modern oenological techniques to the organoleptic characteristics of the grapes, and that is why the production cycle takes place exclusively in our cellar, including the bottling of sparkling wines.
