The “Ribelle” pecorino DOC is a wine that expresses well the territory in which it is born, the Marche. Distinguished by a deep straw yellow color with strong golden reflections and a good density, the nose releases an intense bouquet composed initially of herbaceous and floral scents (chamomile and broom), then fruity aromas , for example white grapes, sour plums, medlar, up to light aromas of peach in syrup and ethereal hints In the mouth we perceive its structure and good body, the peaks of flavor and acidity , actually not too intrusive, the softness due to the good alcohol content. The finish is fairly persistent, with a slight fruity aftertaste.
Cantina Bastianelli is a family business where the passion for wine has its roots in a past of tradition and love for the land: the same passion that united his grandparents and which is now uniting the owner and his father Egidio. A wine that is poetry, born from the indissoluble combination of the territory and the charisma of those who work there. Border winemakers: the company is in fact located on the border of the provinces of Fermo and Macerata, two provinces but also two different territories, which each give different organoleptic characteristics to the vineyards.
