Ribolla Gialla is a vine typical of Friuli and Slovenia, a wine that expresses itself best in the Collio and Colli Orientali del Friuli. Versatile in combinations and also perfect as an aperitif wine, Ribolla can perfectly accompany first courses and fried fish and, in the macerated versions, elaborate dishes such as risotto with truffles.
For several years the Bortolusso farm has begun to give more and more importance and care to its vineyards, trying to always obtain grapes able to express typical but also original final products. The harvest, after appropriate thinning, takes place both manually and mechanically by selecting only the best grapes. All this with a view to respecting tradition and conviviality, but without neglecting the great evolution of the quality wine market, increasingly globalized and attentive to the leading products of Italian enology and in particular that of Friuli.
