Excellent ability to combine at the table.
The Klaus Lentsch estate covers 35 hectares, of which 12.5 are vineyards, where the traditional pergola gradually leaves the field to the guyot system, more suitable for producing high quality grapes. The red porous and stratified soil (clay, sand and porphyry debris) enjoys excellent ventilation and returns the heat accumulated during the day in the cool nights, creating an unparalleled microclimate.
