This Valpolicella Ripasso Doc Superiore is vinified with the second alcoholic fermentation of the Valpolicella wine and the pomace of Amarone. The result is a full-bodied and intriguing wine, which enhances its full potential after a period of aging. Intense ruby red color. It has an intense aroma, with marked notes of red fruit such as morello cherry, cherry and a spicy finish. In the mouth it is full-bodied, with an elegant and pleasantly dry finish.
