The vineyards are located in the Verdicchio production area. The cultivation technique, with an adequate vegetative-productive ratio, allows to obtain a fresh, soft wine, rich in aromas and with a balanced alcohol content. Straw yellow wine with greenish reflections, typical of a young Verdicchio like this one. The nose is fresh, with fruity hints, in particular of green apple. In the mouth it is fresh and the marked acidity, combined with a good flavor, gives the wine an appreciable persistence.
The story of the Mezzanotte farm begins in 1925 The passion for working in the fields, understood as love for the territory and for what it can produce if properly managed, is handed down from father to son.In recent 2004, thanks to the intervention of Lorenzo, of the latest generation, the company renews itself and is significantly structured dedicating itself almost exclusively to the cultivation of grapes and wine production. The intent is to produce authentic wines that reflect the vines and the territory. The workings are carried out manually. Pruning requires an adequate choice of the load of buds in the vineyards. During the vegetative phase of the vine, thinning techniques are adopted. The harvest, carried out exclusively by hand, guarantees better control of the bunches, essential for obtaining quality wines.
